Editorial process

This knowledge base is under construction. The workflow below describes the publication requirements; the fully automated production and notification system is not yet operational.

1. Draft an English guide

Choose a relevant Linux or open-source task. Include prerequisites, exact commands, source documentation, expected outcomes, cleanup or rollback guidance where relevant, and known limitations. AI assistance is disclosed rather than hidden.

2. Check the commands

Review generated commands before running them in an isolated test environment. Check both intended success and relevant failure cases. Keep the logs, versions and scope of the tests. Container userspace checks do not establish full-server or kernel compatibility.

3. Require editorial approval

The English draft must be reviewed by the site owner before it becomes a public article. A passing technical test is not a substitute for this approval. A failed or incomplete check must not be presented as a successful test.

4. Translate after approval

After English approval, the intended workflow publishes the English article immediately and prepares its Dutch translation for automatic publication. Code, identifiers and commands must remain unchanged unless a language-specific correction is explicitly required.

Scope and disclosures

Test statements describe a particular version and environment, not a permanent guarantee. Periodic retesting of published guides is not part of the initial scope. Affiliate links, sponsored content and advertisements will be labelled if introduced. No paid advertisement integration has been enabled as part of the initial setup.
